Can someone tell me what has happened with the test DNA results for Bree in neighbours. Last time I watched it the results showed that Kim and Janelle were not her real parents.

There was a mix up in the hospital with babies when Bree was born - a nurse made the mistake, and knew she could have made a mistake too. Anyway Bree's parents got the truth from her and basically decided no good would come of raking it up, so they left it.
