Apart from Baddiel they've all strayed away mainly away from tv. Punt and Dennis did have a two series tv show shortly after the Mary Whitehoue experience ended though they seem to be sticking to radio now with the the Now Show (Radio 4).

What I want to know is why the BBC won't release the series on DVD.

Which show from that era had the sado Welsh guy who was always sitting in his anorack on his bed - never seemed to have any friends, and things eemed to go wrong for him - was that TMWE??

auntiebertie, that show was called 'absolutely' and the welsh character was called shadwell.

that was a great show and i'm surprised i've never seen it repeated on uk gold or something.

it also featured mr don and mr george, who had a spin off series.
