There was a television show that aired in the summer of 2004 (July 2004) with a cast of kids, about kids and consumerism when I was visiting London. In this episode, kids were not as respected as adults were when shopping. Kids were getting ripped off by stores and the television show/station set up kids all over England to go to malls and shops to monitor the relationship between the stores and the young consumer. The next item in the show dealt with ads that were placed in magazines concerning a discount coupon of a particular video game which some stores honored and others did not though they were supposed to and the kids fixed the situation. What is the television show/or station that helps kids understand about consumerism and other facets of growing up?
