You Raise Me Up - What film was it in?

I saw the end of a film on TV a few months ago. A man died in his boat and after the funeral the mourners floated a shrine with candles out to sea while You Raise Me Up was playing (before it was released recently). Any ideas what the name of the film was? I'm stuck!
