I am trying to identify a film. I have some vague plot details.

Two brothers, one british and one american (they were adopted I think) are conmen. They eventually get caught and imprisoned. They need to spend the money from their crimes quickly as the notes will become out of date (new notes are being produced because the queen doesn't like her picture on the current ones) they buy a childrens home. Any ideas?

a film called shooting fish, i cant really remember if thats trhe plot line, but basically theres an english computer nerd and an american conman, and then they both fall for the girl i think. sounds really alike to the film you are looking for. hope this helps.
