It does not appear to be currently available for Region 2.

ah this is my all time favourite film. I have it taped off the TV but i know it is available to buy in the shops or at least it was because my brother bought a copy a few years ago.I have looked on play.com but they dont stock it which is unusual. Im sure if you asked one of the big music stores such as HMV they would more than likely order if for you if they don't have a copy in store. good luck and when you do get it, enjoy! what a film!
