About 3 yrs ago, i saw a film (dont think it was on TV but at the cinema) I was about a guy who worked for a government company that invented a watch that speeds up time for the wearer enabling them to move about 100 times faster than everyone else around them.

can anyone help and tell what the name of that film was?
