Selling Drugs From an Ice Cream Van!

Hi - does anyone know the name of the film where some lads were selling drugs from an ice cream van - I think it is based in south wales and is simillar to Twin Town. I can't for the life of me remember what the name of it was, but remember that it was really funny.

it wasn't Twin Town ... i remember it being hilarious ... didn't a policeman buy an ice-cream with loads of E's in it?

it was twin town they put some magic mushromms in a hot dog and a copper ehd up hugging a sheep on the side of the road and the dodge viper was ok as well

I know that is definitely not Twin Town. I do remember that someone comes out of prison and that they need to make money. They start up a protection raquet.
