new film coming out..

i was listening to radio 4 and i heard them discussing a new film coming out

it was about a boy growing up in a tough area of a certain city, and to keep him out of trouble his dad suggested he took ballet classes. he becomes an amazing ballet dancer, and its all about how his friends react and stuff

anyone know what this film is called? or any info on it?
