Control confusion

Does anybody know who exactly IS meant to be playing Tony Wilson in the forthcoming film of 'Control'?

It was originally announced that Ronan Vibert would be taking the role, but now press releases seem to have been issued saying that Craig Parkinson has got the part.

So what's going on?

Did Ronan accept the part first, then have to turn it down for some reason, and Craig was brought in at the last moment to replace him?

Or were Ronan and Craig the two actors who had been shortlisted, but then someone in the press office made a mistake and sent out a press release saying that the other bloke would be playing Tony Wilson?
