Ive just bought the DVD and planned to watch it 2nite...are you saying I shouldnt bother
I thought it was ok, i thought the ending was very poor (when they take there masks off and people are revealed who are suppossed to be dead) but there are some good scenes throughout. its worth a watch Cobra. but it wont go down as a classic.
Thought is was ok and a damn site better than the matrix sequels.

I took the bit at the end to mean that their (the people who had died) spirit of defiance lived on through the people in the street.
it isnt as good as the graphic novel as several key points have been changed but i still thought it was ok.
i thought it was ok
I rather enjoyed it actually.

Coobeastie, I know that everyone is allowed to have their own opinion, but no way was V For Vendetta better than any of the Matrix movies....now way!
We'll have to disagree on that spaced though I do think that the animatrix series of shorts (or at least some of them) were excellent.

If you think this film was a pile of steaming brown anything then you need to back to watching mindless drivel like the scary movie series of films, bcoz you are missing the point completely. It was never meant to be an 'action' film, just a subtle, thought-provoking work with some touches of humour and empathy.
A little more openmindedness needed maybe?
