Hi all Since last Friday(4th) I haven't been able to view my sports and film channels on NTL. We gat the 'basic' channels such as BBC 1, 2, ITV 1, 2, Channels 4 and 5,TCM. We phoned twice Friday and a new box was placed in situ. Since then we have phoned another 4 times, at least 30 minutes a call. We pay �30 per month and have gone four days without our stations. Anyone got an imaginative way of resolving the matter. Mon 17.17 and still no picture. There is actually.......the one that says 'unsubscribed channel......'
If you read the post carefully you would see that I have phoned, duh. Wednesday and still no pic. What I am wondering is am I obliged to pay for services I am not receiving. Anyone know?
