im just watching it now on channel 4 'desperate housewitches' ep, i havent watched it for quite a while and was wondering if someone could fill me in... who is the Billie Jenkins character? also the other mothers keep referring to piper not being wyatt's mum, what is this about? i thought that she was!

Billie is a new witch who has just received her powers, she was inadvertantly calling Paige who is her whitelighter. In the last series Piper, Phoebe and Paige were supposed to have been killed and thats what everyone thinks but they have just taken on new identities instead. Piper is very much alive and is wyatts mum.
