Doctor Who the song at the end when rose dies does anyone know???

Hi it was the last episode of Doctor Who were rose died, am trrying to find out the music at the end when the breach was closed and the Doctor and Rose were separated. Its was slow music with a singy lady in the background. It anyone knows were i could get it or whats its called could you please let me know. Its driving me up the wall.
