Is it true that Disney sacked animators when they presented rude drawing of Mickey and Co. to him, as a joke, on his birthday once??

I believe they made a movie for him with the characters doing rude things. He watched it & laughed & the sacked them all. read about this somewhere recently, but I cant remember where
