Thank you, willowpup. I have had a look at the site, although I am not in a position to adopt. I shall be donating after Xmas (I hope you understand this is a very difficult time for me as an out of work single parent). I have been an animal lover all my life, but my favourite of all our friends has always been dogs. I currently care for two dogs whose owners have taken on a responsibility they did not quite understand. This does not mean they do not love their dogs. I can vouch that they do. The situation was just not thought through. In the first instance, they took on the responsibility for a dog that had been abandoned. And they have cared for her well. The second dog, �Tigger� found herself in a similar position. But neither �Goldie� or �Tigger�, nor any dog should be left alone all day. So I look after them while their owners are at work. I hate to see them go in the evenings but, such is life. Keep up the good work. I shall.
