I'm pretty sure it's written specially for the series, so the title is probably something like "Restoration Theme".

The main theme music was composed by Nick Franglen, who forms one half of ambient music duo Lemon Jelly.

It sounds very similar to a song off their album "lemonjelly.ky" called "The Staunton Lick". I can recommend the song and all the songs off the same album, and the follow up "Lost Horizons".
