It was a clip that stops the diagonal strap of a seatbelt from cutting across a child's face or neck.

Seems particularly good timing, bearing in mind the new laws being brought in from this Monday. All children under 12 or shorter than 4foot 5 inches need a booster seat or similar. I wonder if this clip thing removes the need? If not, it seems dead in the water to me, at least in this country.
