Does anyone know if the Star Wars Trilogy in their original box,never used and in perfect condition,is worth any money?

Are we talking super8 film, video tape or DVD here ?
At one time the original video tapes would have been worth something, as the only versions available on DVD were the recent re-release, with added CGI effects.
However, the original theatrical edits are being released on DVD, so will reduce the demand for the old video tapes.
The packaging alone will therefore be their selling point.
Have a search through eBay to see if there is anything similar for sale and see how much it goes for.
