Vicky the Viking

Does anyone remember the childrens cartoon 'Vicky the Viking' on in the 80s i think. Well my question is was vicky a boy or a girl, there seems to be a conflict of opinion in my office.

Vicky was a boy - I remember from an episode I watched in which Vicky was naked and there seemed to be too much detail for a kids cartoon!

That's a strange thing to remember, but thankyou. I thought he was a boy but one or two told me vicky was a girl.

I remember my brother and I spending many hours debating 'Vickys' gender. But alas no concrete evidence was ever found......until now! Wasn't there really bad lip synch or something, no doubt due to it being a foreign cartoon. Do a search http://www.tv.cream.org/ for it.....excellent site!!!

I watched a few of these with my kids... before I made them switch over to the snooker. Vicky was definitely a girl - that was the point of the cartoon, that a clever weedy girl could outwit the dumb ox blokes.

And so it goes on. It seems nobody actually knows for sure. I always thought it was a boy, but the verdict seems that split i'm now not so sure. We need proof.

Thank you tto everyone, especially Tj. Vicky was, and always will be a boy. I knew it, and years of arguments have all just been won by myslef. Anyway, there is no way a GIRL could have done the things that Vicky did.

Vicky the Viking was a boy. If you remember on the credits at the beginning there was a bit where he was naked, and he definately had a widge. Myself and my brother used to find it very amusing. hee hee
