Unforgiven

I watched the excellent Unforgiven the other night. However,there was one scene that intrigued me. Whilst it is on the whole mainly sunny,there is a scene where Clint talks to the girl who face was savaged by the cowboys. Yet they are surrounded by snow. Was it bad timing in filming or something?

There were a few scenes which featured rain and this was specially created because Calgary, where it was shot, was experiencing a dry spell.

The snow that is featured in the scene you describe was unexpected and unscripted.
