did jake die on friday and why did jonny say his name when he was having a heart attack?

He was trying to phone him at the time, to get him to sort Sean out for him, think it was more a "jake help me" thing...says in an interview I read with Joel Beckett that it's left open as to whether he's dead or not...

He�d started to ring Jake but had the heart attack then his cell mate came over and from what I can remember he was looking at phone and said Jake, Jake, then said kill him then his mate asked him who and he looked again at the phone and said Jake, kill him. Then as Jake was about to leave Walford probably walking to the station as they all do, a car pulled up and a �heavy got out� and said �are you Jake moon?� and it ended there.

while he was on his trolley being wheeled out he said to his cell mate "Get Jake....." as in get jake to do something but as he died before he finished the sentence it sounded like he meant to get jake. So apparently the hit men go for the wrong guy.
