Can anyone summarize this movie I watched last night as I literally lost the plot

Couple went diving, boat didnt count them back on the boat and left them out there. They both died.
Depressing film and i am never going diving!

the only Deep Water film that I can think of that is recent is about the Round the World Yacht race... Are you sure it wasnt Open Water?

young girl drowns in a water butt and haunts the room upstairs to the girly and her mom. i guess the water must be ghost water and it keeps dripping into their downstairs room. now, ive seen the remake and the original and im not sure if they end exactly the same, but the ending i like best is where the mom has to agree to be the ghost girls mom to stop the ghost going after her daughter. i actaully cried at the end! i found it quite sad and very creepy.
