unruliejulie - he moved away, as he was offered a job somewhere green and leafy (maybe Scotland). Little Mo was supposed to marry him and start a new life with him, but changed her mind and started a new life with just her and the baby.

The advert is for Vicks First Response I think???

God wardy, dont you know anything? I thought everyone knew that! Dr Legg was never the same again thats why he had to leave the show, after all she was a fair bit younger than him! Must have worn him out.
