Are male Star Trek fans attractive to female non-Star Trek fans?

hi,i dont see y male star trek fans cant be attracted to female non-star trek fans.Its just to do with chemistry and there being an attraction between the two.

I expect it depends how serious the male is about Star Trek. A passing interest would be okay, but I would think a fully-fledged Trekkie fresh from a convention would be a big turn-off!

My Dad is a big Trek fan and my Mum hates it. They've been married nearly 40 years now. It's been difficult and a struggle at times but they've worked it out and now my dad just tapes it.

Isn't that a bit like asking if a female fan of Eastenders is attractive to a male non fan? Surely it depends on the people involved rather than stereotypes based on people's viewing preferences.
