I have only seen the ad once but am pretty sure that it's a track called 'Easting hastings (sad mafiaso)' by the Canadian band Godspeed you black emporer, from theit 'list yr skinny fists..' album. It was also used in 28 days but is not on the soundtrack. All their records are to be heartily recommended!

spacemag - the track you are thinking of is East Hastings and it's off the F#A#(infinity) album, which is in the 28 days later film, but is not the one on the advert!! The track on the advert, which is also on 28 Days later, is as cosmic suggests, John Murphy - In The House In A Heartbeat....hope this clears it up!!
