What is the music at the end of Dawson's Creek?

I know the music at the start of Dawsons Creek is Paula Cole I Dont Want To Wait, but i don't know if that is the same as the ending!

Except for the first series when it was run like mad by jann arden. The music at the end is the dawsons creek theme music. I think it's their own composition. It's probably on the soundtrack cd.
