I don't reckon it tells you on the dvd
on the bo'selecta dvd if you watch episode 4 and listen to the audio commentary Avid tells us that bubbles is played by Caroline Flack.I'm pretty sure in episode 1 during the jackson sketch if you have the audio commentary on Avid says that her name is Caroline Flack.
