the person that runs the site has admitted to registering the id dotsqwarks on here and also other ids under made up email addies.

If you choose to joint the site, look at the chatzone for the Old News thread that i have just noticed from last October,

having not been on that site for a while it had passed me by but it is none the less quite pffensive, the thread was originally titkled Dot hawkes & Co.

Hiya Dot...just looked at your link.... I am or should I say was a member of Froggers (until now), I haven't visited the site in a long time.
I'm absolutely disgusted. AB is a brilliant website with brilliant people on it......there has a lot lately been said about people on AB impostering, or making up new names to have a go at people.....
Now we know different.

On that thread alone bez at least 3 members of froggers boast about making up new ids to post on ab and cause bother, and they left all the posts on their site!!!! Are they completely oblivious to the outside world?

As I took that thread to be a jokey ongoing conversation between friendly members of that site, I'm also surprised that you not only dig it up after 5 months, but that you link to the site in here.

AND, in posting this in here, where suggestions are supposed to be about ways of improving the site; in your own words - why would anyone be so juvenile?

frankleigh- I'm quite suprised at your in put :( I'm a frogger as you well know but dont think dot ( as a frogger member) has been giving a fair deal!! She has been slatted, insulted & cloned!!

actually there was about 2 days MONTHS ago that we got annoyed with being banned for no reason, slagged off etc and did some silly stuff, I can assure you that "posting annoyingly on AB" is NOT our aim in life, its been mentioned a couple of times in the year we have been going, in amongst over 187965 posts!

Neti - until Dot dragged up a very old thread, I can't remember anyone on Froggers slagging off AB, and I've been a member there for over a year, and a regular poster for the last 6 months. There is no "war" going on as far as I'm aware, but this thread does seem to be aimed at starting one for some inexplicable reason.

Froggers World is for most of us members; the replacement for ChatterBank. It is a place to chat for us, although there will always be those that will try to cause disruption whenever they see a group of people clearly getting on with each other.

I notice you didnt post anyones responce to that, where people said it was wrong? where I agreed with Dotty that it wasnt nice and I would be annoyed too? no?
and as I said, Dotty has had dozens of names on here, not just the ones that sound like "Dot" though thats ok isnt it? not that she will admit it.

I am not looking for an argument - just admit the truth - you lot come across as all goody goody and butter wouldn't melt in the mouth, but there have been several attempts to invade (to use Twiglet's words) AB. So why? I can't speak for Dot but I have no problem with there being two different sites,just let people post where they will, without "invading" the other.I have no beef with anyone, but don't deny facts.
