Does anyone know why the font sizes on certain pages on my internet are illegible due to the text size being too small?

I have tried adjusting the settings under the control panel display to no avail.

when on internet explorer hold down ctrl on the keyboard and scroll the mouse wheel , this should increase or decrease the font size.
have you tried goint to view and text size, that may help
Another reason to use Firefox - it has instant text resizing by pressing Ctrl+ and Ctrl-. (I wonder how many Firefox users were unaware of this feature? It's not very well publicised but it's quite useful at times.) Of course, Opera has some even more amazing zoom thing built-in, but I've never got on with Opera.
