More into fidning a theory based research, to answer my question... I know its based on focus groups, marketing, segmenting and so on...

I need hard evidence of a program being crafted. The week's schedule, how is it crafted? Where is it based, on which theory? On which researcher? Is it only based on the advertising companies and their research ?

Any theories anyone knows?
