I believe the song is called 'Nothing Hurts' and is on the Equally Cursed and Blessed album by Catatonia.

Im so glad I've just discovered this site as that song has been bothering me too. It is Catatonia and the song is called "Nothing Hurts" (I could'nt get passed thinking it was Bjork????) Thanks for helping me think of it.
