It starts from the very early days when he was in his 20s and we had none of the technology we have today, up to modern day with all the fancy cameras and so on.
He has also travelled the world making these programs and is truly a modern day explorer.
It is called Life on air, see here

vehelpfulguy, I always thought that her majesty wrote her own speeches, this revelation has come as a bit of a shock. On looking back it is easy to see the Attenborough influence, all those wonderful stories about the Commonwealth and the remarkable people that live in far off lands, how grateful they are to have our monarch as their spiritual leader. It is good to see that Canada and Australia have evolved into quite modern countries, along with the Island people of New Zealand, but still have a long way to go in fulfilling their true potential, a view Im sure will be shared by the Queen in her next broadcast to her subjects throughout the world.
