Though the Allman Brothers version hasn't actually been used on the show in years (I think it was ditched even before the new format was introduced). The current version is a cover by Christian Henson and you can't get it anywhere.

Another very well known driving song that is played on many driving programmes including Top Gear is "The Chain" by Fleetwood Mac. If you can listen to it, the last minute or so has the well known tune in it! I recommend you listen to it if you can!
