I think we can be too hard on Jade. When you read about her upbringing - and see her mum in action! - it's a wonder that she has turned out as relatively-nice as she has. Her outbursts and bad-mouthing in BB were very unpleasant. I do think, however, that the incident will have helped her grow up. She really did look appalled at her behaviour when it was played back to her. Let's give her the benefit of the doubt and give her a good-luck wish.
