i don't listen to Tim Westwood, nor do I particularly like most of the music he plays...and I agree his style, language, etc are faintly ridiculous, but the man deserves some respect (or may be rizzpek) for his knowledge, devotion and integrity in bringing specialist music to mainstream radio.

without these guys and the BBC's remit we'd be left with local radio. Then you'd be sorry.

I have to say "faintly" is an understatement, he is so ridiculous I dont even find him funny!!haha but I'll take your word for it on the music he plays, as I cant even listen to the man!

I always thought he was a black man until i saw him on mtv interviewing 50 cent with his �10 watch, looked that price anyways.

My eyes rolled and popped out my head simultaneously. Shocking sight. I think i was being led to believe he was black because ive never seen any pictures of him.

I heard that he calls his wife five minutes before he gets home and she turns on a cd with his song. That way he can open the door in synch with his music every day. Oh and he takes himself completely seriously. Completely.

i agree with most that he acts like a complte and utter ****......but im sure the record speaks for itself how respected he is by the guests that he gets to interview. Artists know that his promotion can get them far....i agree i cant stand him, but he must be doing something right
