Sort of. Virgin and others have taken it to the relevent authority or court (can't remember which, not interested) so at some point someone will decide one way or the other instead of stalemate.
It is Ofcom who are looking into it.

Virgin and other TV companies have complained about Sky.
Obviously no one is winning . Virgin TV customers ( Me included ) don't get Sky One, Sky One don't get Virgin's cash, and presumably Sky One has to tell its advertisers that they've lost millions of viewers and presumably have to charge the advertisers less.

I'm not bothered about Lost or 24 - but I'm getting Simpsons withdrawals - D'oh !
I was looking through my dad's Virgin Media last night and it said that when Sky refused to lower the amount they wanted andVirgin asked for an Independent authority to set the price - Sky refused. I have Skybut I can only seehat SkyOne is about the only channel affected as Sci_Fi is still on
