Need to know a film title!

Ages ago I watched a film on TV. I remember thinking at the time it was so goo but can remember few details. Basically these people that all lived together invited others round to there house and then poisoned them with some kind of drink and buried there bodies underneath the tomatoes in the garden. In the end a man got wise to this and spiked their drinks with the poison before he killed them. Please someone help, its been bugging me for ages!
