Gathering Moss

I remember a joke,possibly a sight gag,about The Rolling Stones being on tour and it was called The gathering Moss Tour.Does anyone know where this came from? I want to say The Simpsons but I really can't remember if it was.

Do you mean the tour name? I presume it must be from the saying "A rolling stone gathers no moss"
