How old is Jodie meant to be? There must be about 20 years between her and Kayleigh the youngest. Its too wide an age span I feel.

I was thinking that and the only thing I can think of is that they both have the same father but different mother ?
I don`t know the answer but I thought it was (Sinbads) wife when they first came on the scene. They pack an awful lot of people into bedrooms in these soaps lately.
I have two sisters, the elder is 21 years older than me,the younger is 14 years older than me.
Michael Starke, who plays Jerry Morton,is 50 years old so you could take that as being the age for the character as well. His screen wife would be about the same age. They would have had Jodie in their 20s and Kayleigh in their late 30s.Not an unreasonable spread of ages for a family.
i think its an ok age gap
my friends little sister is 25 years younger than her (different mothers) cos her dad got remarried to a younger woman
