celebrities bebo??

hey, i don't know if this is in the right place, but i was just wondering if celebrities can have bebo etc, as there is so many fake ones and i read somewhere that they aren't legaling ment to have things like that but just wondered if anyone knew for certain or why not if they aren't?!? thanks Xxx
