do anyone remember a programme years and years ago, i think it was American, where a young teenage girl touched her 2 pointing fingers and everyone froze, but if she touched them, they 'unfroze'. does anyone remember what this is called? its really doing my head in! thanks

the girl was called evie garland and she was half alien obviously
