A bit of a major plot shift here.

I've just watched 'The Runaway Jury' which i really enjoyed. One question, why was the protagnoist changed from a tobacco company to an arms company - surely neither are high in the list of America's great and good? Or were someone's toes being stepped on - maybe someone with friends in high (or low) places?

So, presumably, Hollywood thought a film about a case against a gun company would be more "sexy". (I've also just seen the movie, and thought it quite entertaining, though rather implausible.)
