my friend applied filled out one of the application forms and posted it off on the 26th march. She still hasnt heard anything and doesn't know what to expect. She applied to go to the manchester audition but doesnt know whether she has to wait for something in the post or someone to ring her. Any words of advice?

When my friend applied lst year, they wrote to her inviting her to the audition. I couldn't tell you how long between applying and receiving the letter though.

a mate of mine has had his letter through for manchester he is going on the 18th of this month

Several of my friends applied throught the post - for the London and the Birmingham ones.
Apart form one, they all got invitations in the post - giving them further information ect.
Ring up and enquire, but my friend got no where, and was just told that EVERYONE gets an audition.
if all else fails, you could always try the open auditions! Good luck to your friend missyR.
