As per the current schedule for the second series of PB on five, the ownership of the moneybag has been;

Bellick and Geary - result of T-Bag's torture.

Geary - took the money and fled after knocking Bellick unconscious.

T-Bag - traced Geary to a hotel suite using a GPS tracking device hidden in the money bag and reclaimed the loot for himself.
