I emailed Five to ask if they had brought the right to Prison Break Season3. They emailed back saying no, but were not specific.
They could well have just not brought the yet.
Does anyone know who has/is going to buy them.

The thought that Sky might snatch it has crossed my mind too. Here's hoping they don't. S3 will air in the US in August. I watched S2 eps on a streaming site a day or two after they aired so even if the worst happens you could always try watching it that way.
