Hi all, bit of a longshot here i think. I want to hire out my business premises for film & tv work. Do any of you know how i go about it & who do i contact?

You could try registering your premises with Location Works. (It doesn't cost you anything but they do take 15% commission on any fees earned). Location Works is probably the most well-known firm used by film and TV companies seeking suitable locations:

Most regions have a Film Office that facilitates production crews with whatever they require when in that region. Including Locations. Try a google search with your region and the word 'film office'.
