this is really wrecking my head so hopefully someone clever out there can help me . it was around the time of sasha and dj quicksilver, maybe 1998 ,around the time of - encore une fois - and - adelante - please excuse my spelling , but there was a song ,more dance type than pop ,more music than words and this guy says equador through the song .... need correct title or artist of that song or even an album it is on so i can try and get my hands on it . please any help at all greatly appreciated . thank you
