the IT crowd

Why do so many people not find the IT crowd funny? i haven't actually met anyone who hasn't laughed once they have seen it.
Is there going to be another series of this because there are people saying that there is a new series but it was planned for spring time, and it's practically july and there's still no series out!
sorry to be on a rant there, but in short, is there to be a new series of the IT crowd?

I loved the IT Crowd :-) even now I remember the lift to the basement lol, and the programmer being remarkably similar to a friend of mine hehe...

hmmm i dont understand your question really, - you seem to be saying that loads of people dont find it funny, but then say that everyone youve met who has seen it laughed and found it funny, so who are "SO MANY PEOPLE" who dont find it funny?

lol, i can see your point what i mean is that i looked around on this site and there seems to be people who say they "didn't get it" and apparently c4 deemed the show as a flop. however i don't see why as it is a good show

I laughed, I loved it, I made everyone I know watch it but when I watched it with my friend she took it very seriously, she works in IT and some of it was very close to the mark - the bits about being stuck away in the basement, answering the phone and asking people if they'd tried turning it on, etc.

The second series is currently being filmed and it should be shown in the coming Autumn/Winter - I'm not sure which.

LOVE. IT. Massively underrated!! I think if people had only watched the one episode they'd think it wasn't funny...I admit i had to give it a chance for the second episode and then it became hilarious �*D
