It was something I saw on the web a few years ago, when Bill Clinton was still president, just after the Monica Lewinsky thing had blown over. It was a cartoon of some beardy singers and the Bill Clinton character singing to the tune of "If I only had a brain" from The Wizard of Oz, except the words were about all the underhand and outrageous things he would do "If I were president". If anyone knows the one I mean and still has a link, please post it.
